Nathan progresses his clients to where they want to be through up-to-date evidence based research and progressive resistance training. In the past he’s helped a wide range of people with varying goals, from getting in shape for big occasions, to improving rotational power in a golfers swing.

As MYPT’s resident kettlebell expert Nathan includes plenty of variety to keep 1:1 sessions interesting and motivating whilst making progress.

Nathan doesn’t believe in ‘one size fits all’, all clients receive unique, tailored plans and works with his clients to show how to make positive small changes everyday, to live a healthier and happier lifestyle.

Anything is possible, no goal is too big! From me you will receive the right knowledge, support and guidance to make it happen.
