Health and fitness to me is about moving in a way which serves both your body and your mind – let’s get fit, strong and lean, and let’s have a smile on our face whilst doing it!
I specialise in functional training and movement – keeping sessions unique and enjoyable. Combining elements of strength training, weight lifting, callisthenics, body building and metabolic conditioning to make you the best version of yourself.
I encourage people to worry less about what they look like, and instead focus on what their bodies can do. Setting goals such as lifting heavier, running faster or learning a new skill, and then watch the desired body composition follow!
