I spent my previous life in an office 9-5 and wasted a lot of time following fad diets, using gym equipment incorrectly and feeling like working out was a chore. Once I began to have fun with my exercise regime it became my passion.

The knowledge and hands-on experience I have subsequently gained has helped me achieve real results for myself and others. In turn this has improved my confidence, physical health and mental wellbeing.
