A little bit about myself. Before becoming a personal trainer I was overweight and I didn’t like the way my body looked, or how it felt.

I decided to look into getting myself a personal trainer. Who guided me through exactly what I needed to do in order to achieve the body I had always dreamed of. I lost two Stone, saw a boost in my confidence and loved the way I looked.

After achieving amazing results I didn’t want it to stop there. So I studied for my level 2/3 Personal Training qualifications, so I could help others achieve their goals like I had achieved mine.
