EACH PACKAGE INCLUDES
Following your initial consultation and goal setting session, your Personal Trainer will get to work on creating your very own bespoke Training Programme for you to follow alongside their careful guidance.
Choose to train with your PT anywhere from 1-4 times per week, either in our Private Personal Training studio or our luxury gym.
Receive nutrition diary analysis and a custom Nutrition Programme to follow, designed by your Personal Trainer to suit your goals.
Have all your questions answered by your Personal Trainer, with regular check-ins, and support between sessions, alongside your Training and Nutrition Programmes.
Regular goal setting and results tracking is a crucial part of the process. You’ll receive regular goal reviews and performance feedback – giving you that reassurance that everything is progressing the way you want it to!
